Mandy Jeffries, 34, is the president of Colfax Furniture and Mattress where she has taken over the helm of the 53-year-old business in the Greensboro/Winston-Salem area of North Carolina. Colfax has always been solely woman-owned and has grown its three-store footprint under Jeffries with a fourth concept store in the Triad’s largest growth area. Jeffries has been named as an Outstanding Woman in Business in 2017 by the Triad Business Journal. She was elected Vice President on the Next Generation Now Board by the Home Furnishings Association and she was named to the Top 40 Under 40 Furniture Professionals by Home Furnishings Business. She also participates in several non profit organizations and is active in her local church. Jeffries has a Masters Degree in Business from East Carolina University. She and her husband Josh Minyon have two children, Jace, 3 and Paige 2.
